請求記号:文庫10 8604(酒三合価）/文庫10 8027 1（うなぎ切手） ; 数量:2枚 ; 大きさ:16×4cm（酒三合価）・33×9cm（うなぎ） ; 券面記載の商品を受け取ることができる一種の手形。右はうなぎの切手、左は酒の切手である。引越しの際周囲の家にそばの切手を＜ばる習慣のあったことは知られているが、うなぎの切手は珍らしい。 ; 2 sheet ; 16×4cm（sake wine）・33×9cm（eel） ; These are examples of promissory notes that could be exchanged for the commodities mentioned on them. The note on the right is for eel-on-rice (unagi-don) and the note on the left is for 3 go (approx. 1 US pint) of sake. It was the custom, after moving into a new neighborhood, for example, to distribute promistory notes for soba noodles to the adjacent houses. Soba promissory notes were common, but this one for eel is a rarity.
